Confused and lost

Hello, a few hours ago I asked! (post) in-game what to do with my incomplete items.
At the moment you(admin) spoke to me privately and told me to see it in the Armor> old Upgrade. (Well I did not understand at first)
Now how do I get a Plate Leather lvl 3 OLD? . The one I have is the new level 3
Now if I got a plate leather lvl 3 OLD ... I build a blue wolf lv 3 OLD.
And now would you ask me to get materials for an Avadon Stone to be able to make a Blue Wolf lvl 5 NEW?

 

Aver I do not understand anything and I am very confused and also lost.

 

It would be a very good thing for you or someone to put together a well-explained post about why each thing and why to build a lvl5 new, I have to farm the avadon if (we assume that I have already farmed it)

Otherwise we will be forced to farm up to 3 armor in 8 days, why does the old armor expire? .. Or am I getting confused.
