Anomic Foundry

How do I get to Anomic Foundry on this server? I'm talking about this part of the map:

 

I have tried getting there through:

1) Old Town tombstone (with the Key of the Evil Eye) - it only shortens the Old Town instance down to 5 minutes and after the time passes you are kicked to the Base Tower.

2) Spooky Tombstone in Tully's Labyrinth:
  - one medal per person, 5 people. Spooky Tombstone says "not everyone in party has a medal".
  - one person with 5 medals. Spooky Tombstone gives the same message as above.

  - Two people with 5 medals (both split 3-2 medals,  and 2 people with 5 medals each). Same as above.

 

@detount any word on this?

Also, Rim Pailaka.. we have a castle, we have a fortress alleged to the castle and we still cannot enter it? This is the message we get (2 party members, talking to Warden inside castle, we do have the quest taken)

I should mention that all this is done in effort to get Moirai breastplate / gaiter pieces, getting those compared to their light/robe counterparts is borderline impossible because neither anomic foundry nor rim pailaka work and the mobs that are accessible have had their drop tables modified (Tully's Toy, for example)
